Developing a single rewards program app that would dynamically access live vehicle service data independent of dealership or brand type across the Fields dealership group. Needed to display relevant data points to consumers on current car(s) performance, service history, appointment reminders, saving incentives and much more.

BACKGROUND
Fields Auto Group wanted to implement a way to some how take their existing reward and incentive programs throughout all their individual brands and dealership locations. They wanted to be able to utilize a single system that could access the customer information, vehicle type and service history not matter what service location. A one stop app that would continually keep the customer connected to their vehicle service history, rewards and continual digital discount incentives accepted at any Fields dealership.
APPROACH
Held continual scoping meetings and breakdowns on the overall program. Keeping what was working, fixing concepts that were broken and investigating ideas that had not been setup yet. Created an initial rough mock-up passes to make sure we were identifying the right data the customer would be concerned about. A simple navigation system that would quickly get to what customers needed and expected. Coordintated, reviewed and critique built prototyping with a third party team in India on a weekly basis until we were able to hit our initial benchmark.
GOALS
To have an quick, seamless and rewarding experience that provided accurate service history, service recommendations, digital discount incentives wrapped around an existing rewards program. A one stop shop for customers who were being services at any Fields service shop. .
