Currently using a communication system and processes that were not ideal. Previous using an out dated not robust communication system to relay information to product customers.

BACKGROUND
Needed to understand that current state of communication and the processes it was taking to achieve results and awareness. Had to figure out a clean way to "spring clean". Keep what was ideal and remove what was a waste and not relevant. Talked to and review with other groups in the organization expectations (needs), wish list items (wants) to properly scope and build out a funcational platform.

APPROACH
White boarded the breakdown over ideal processes and workflow that needed to occur to make system function through seveal discussions and meetings. Mocked out and prototyped UX and UI components based on feedback. Coordintated with engineer lead on approved breakdown, componenets and functionality required to achieve ideal results based on final approvals from executive team. Made iterations as needed while maintaining seamless communication and insights from multiple departments.

GOALS
Update, create and develop a new up-to-date notification system that was more ideal to customers. Be able to communicate to users through email and mobile notifications/alerts seamless and dynamically. Providing quicker and more relevant notifications for customers to act upon sooner.
